Cafe Java

Cafe Java sources single-origin beans directly from small farms in Guatemala and Ethiopia, roasting them in small batches at their original downtown location every Tuesday and Friday morning. Their signature drink is the "Hometown Blend" - a medium roast that changes seasonally based on which beans their founder discovers during his twice-yearly origin trips. Each of their three locations features a different brewing method as their specialty: pour-over at downtown, cold brew at the riverside shop, and espresso at their newest university district cafe.
