Coffee Junkiez sources single-origin beans directly from small farms and roasts them in-house every Tuesday and Friday, ensuring customers never taste coffee more than a few days old. Their two locations feature a "transparency board" where they post the exact farm, harvest date, and roasting notes for each batch, along with a unique "brew method of the week" that showcases different extraction techniques from around the world. The baristas are trained to adjust grind size and brewing parameters based on each bean's specific characteristics, treating every cup like a small science experiment.
