Dayglow sources single-origin beans directly from small farms across Central and South America, roasting them in small batches to highlight each region's distinct flavor profile rather than blending them into uniformity. Their five locations each feature a different featured origin that rotates seasonally, allowing customers to taste their way through Guatemala's volcanic soils one month and Colombia's high-altitude highlands the next. Beyond the coffee, each shop doubles as a community workspace where local artists display rotating exhibitions on the walls.
