Dotty's started as a single cart in Portland's Pioneer Courthouse Square, where founder Dorothy Chen served her grandmother's Vietnamese-inspired coffee blends alongside traditional espresso drinks. Now with five neighborhood locations, each café maintains that original cart's intimate feel while showcasing rotating single-origin beans from small farms Dorothy visits personally twice a year. Their signature "Grandma's Fuel" - a robust dark roast with hints of chicory and condensed milk - remains the most popular drink across all locations.
