Their two neighborhood locations function as community coffee labs where baristas guide customers through cupping sessions and brewing methods, treating each cup as an opportunity to tell the story of the farmer who grew the beans. Beyond exceptional coffee, they've built a culture around coffee education, offering weekend workshops on home brewing techniques and hosting monthly "origin spotlights" featuring guest farmers via video call.
