Their three locations each feature a different brewing method as their specialty - pour-over at the downtown shop, espresso and milk drinks in the university district, and cold brew focus at their newest waterfront location. The roasters post detailed tasting notes and farm stories for each coffee, treating every cup as a direct connection between the drinker and the grower.
