Roseline Coffee sources single-origin beans directly from small farms across Ethiopia, Guatemala, and Colombia, roasting them in small batches at their original downtown location where customers can watch the process through large viewing windows. Their three cafes each feature a rotating "farm spotlight" menu that tells the story of specific coffee producers, complete with photos and notes from their annual sourcing trips. What sets them apart is their commitment to serving the same coffee their roasters drink at home—they refuse to over-roast beans to mask imperfections, instead celebrating the unique flavor notes that come from careful cultivation and processing.
