The Bean

The Bean sources single-origin coffees directly from small farms in Ethiopia, Guatemala, and Colombia, roasting each batch in small quantities to highlight the unique terroir of each region. Their four locations feature a rotating menu that changes with harvest seasons, allowing customers to taste the same farm's beans at different roast profiles throughout the year. What sets them apart is their "farm-to-cup" traceability program where every bag includes the farmer's story and GPS coordinates of where the beans were grown.
