The Roasted Bean sources single-origin beans directly from small farms in Guatemala and Ethiopia, roasting them in small batches twice weekly to ensure peak freshness reaches their two neighborhood locations. Their head roaster, a former barista champion, develops custom roast profiles that highlight each bean's unique terroir, whether it's the bright citrus notes from their Ethiopian Yirgacheffe or the chocolate undertones of their Guatemalan Huehuetenango. Beyond exceptional coffee, they've become community gathering spots where regulars know each other's names and local artists display their work on the café walls.
