"The drinks are great and the servers are really nice but the prices seem outrageous and aren’t posted. I ordered two monthly special drinks. I was asked if I wanted to tip and how much before I even got my drinks or a receipt. I didn’t know how much the total was so I just said $1. I didn’t even get a receipt in the end. Checking my bank statements the total was 25$!! Maybe I’m a brokey, but $12 per drink seems like a lot… I’m writing this review in hopes they are more transparent about their pricing and do tips through receipts like other coffee huts do."

"This is our stop every time we’re in Anchorage. My wife is obsessed. Their coffee is great. She absolutely LOVES the mocha frappe. We’ve even asked for their recipe and been given it for us at our home. How cool is that??? They have multiple locations and are always fast and ready to serve with a pleasant attitude!!!"

"This used to be the only coffee hut I would go to, but recently I’ve decided it’s just not worth it to go anymore. They charge extra for every little thing and the prices are already higher than any other coffee shop, and they don’t offer anything to justify it. Many offer pretzels, trail bites, fun pastries, or exciting and creative drinks with extras, but not common grounds. The amazing baristas were what made it worth it to come here, but I find more value going anywhere else. I’ve heard many stories about their management, and how horribly they treat their staff, and I dont feel comfortable giving my money to a business that supports that. It’s very clear that they don’t care about the hard working and caring baristas that run their business, or the customers that are paying their bills. To me, the people that run the business just seem money hungry and not at all passionate about the business."

"Wooooo dawgie!!! I spent 16 bucks plus 2 dollar tip for 2 24 oz drinks. Dang!!! Never been here before. I dontnusually spend money on 24 oz servings anywhere so I should expect it to be steeper than usual. Not sure which cost more but: • I got a 24oz caramel latte ( I am not used to no sugar being added but I guess I didn't ask for it. Lol. Gave me EXACTLY what I had asked for. Lol! • 24 oz redbull soda or smoothie. Not sure. I think a smoothie (watermelon, pineapple, and mango with whip) ***SMOOTHIES sold IN 24 and 32OZ sizes only DOG FRIENDLY...... DOGGIE LOVERS...... they had dog treats...... It was quick service and exactly what I asked for so I cant complain about it."
