Well balanced, low acid for espresso. I loved it. If you've read any of my other reviews, you know coffee is chemically required by some of us. I am grateful for this coffee resource!"

"this is how much ice you get in a 24oz. taste was good but way too much ice i paid $6.25 for and took about 2 seconds to drink. they also dont talk to you unless it's to take your order but the vibe of the seating area was chill. ig order with no ice if you want a drink from here. also the yogurt parfait was warm for some reason."

"Kaladi takes pride in the care and thought put into every cup of coffee. I had the chance go get a behind the scenes tour and a tasting of a handful of their blends and single origin coffees. They know where it's sourced and how the coffee is grown to insure quality."

"The closing time (January 1, 2026 - 5:00 pm) was announced by the staff. Within two minutes, people were trying to leave the premises; an establishment that turned off the lights on its customers, emptied trash cans noisily, and brought a noisy vacuum cleaner into the area. What upset me the most was that a couple there turned off the lights while placing their newborn baby in the baby seat. The couple's baby was crying due to the noise and the lights being turned off. It was extremely rude and disrespectful behavior."

"Sadly overall customer experience has dropped from what used to be one of the great Alaskan coffee establishments. Consistency between cafes is rare. Upon inquiring with staff about this issue I discovered that the company no longer has much centralized training. Roasting approach is consistent with Second Wave Coffee. The style of roasting being much darker than the company traditionally has done. This is unfortunate for single origins as much of the origin taste has been roasted out. Taking a Second Wave approach would be forgivable, as all roasters take on a style of their own, if not for the general lack of roast quality control. There are evident roasting defects (tipping, scorching, and facing) in almost every bag of coffee. If you cover up the product errors with sugar and milk some of the cafes do offer a great cozy shop cafe atmosphere familiar as an old hat."
