Smiley's Cafe is located on the ground floor in the 4300 B Street building, making it a convenient to grab a coffee before meetings in the building. They offer all your favorite espresso drinks along side a variety of breakfast foods. They will be adding additional items in the upcoming weeks. The owner Karen is super friendly and she is very excited to start serving fresh hot coffee. I definitely recommend stopping by, even if you have to get out of your car to pick up a cup of coffee!
