If you're under staffed, it would be smart to advise customers that their order will take X amount of time. Also what's with all the skeletons? halloween is over and it's not dia de muertos... I suggest you start asking customers if they're dining in or to go, and then learn to prioritize which orders to complete first."

I was expecting a regular hot chocolate drink since there is not much you can do to it, but this one had a distinct flavor which was different but delicious."
