Stopped by on my lunch break and sat behind a customer for 15 minutes. 10 of those minutes were while she had a personal conversation with the barista after receiving her order. She just sat there in park and had a full conversation while others waited behind her, and the barista obliged. I know this is mostly on the customer for being so incredibly self-absorbed that she felt like parking in a drive-thru and having a private conversation was okay, but also on the barista for not moving her along.
