"I’m a lifetime resident of Juneau. I buy Heritage coffee at grocery stores, but for large orders like a 5# order to mail, I order from this store, who handle the shipping which is expedient. I 🥰 love my local coffee and buy their product exclusively."

"Place is quaint, and the coffee is good. The manager tries to remember orders and does a pretty good job. It would be 4 stars but sometimes the conversation element crosses over to uncomfortable. The owner or manager was talking to the one employee about a guest that wasn't happy with something, and i offered some friendly advice that its important to try and hear what's being said behind the words. Well as im walking out the door she turns to her employee and mocks "the words behind the words". I guess the advice wasnt appreciated. Tea is good enough and made efficiency enough that ill continue to shop there, but service component could use some tweaking."
