"I love coming to Sunrise Bagel & Espresso! It doesn't matter which one i go to, they are always consistent with how they make my favorite drink (London Fog). They also offer a pretty neat pup cup with bacon on top!"

"I used to frequent this location because it’s minutes from my house but I quickly noticed how often they got our orders wrong. Our food was consistently wrong so I stopped going for months but took a chance last weekend and regretted it. While I was waiting for my order, one of the employees (on her day off) drove up, parked in the line, got out of her car and went in asking for straws but stayed for several minutes and made herself a burrito before leaving. Customers had to drive around her car, still empty in the line, to get to the window and order. When my order was ready, they had forgotten my drink and got my husband’s food wrong. I went back and told them and the girl said, “I can just remake it…?” When I got home, I realized my food was wrong too. They’re usually rude and unprofessional and I won’t go back."

"Majority of the girls hired here have little to no costumer service skills and are usually quite rude. Foods great when they get the order right ur and drinks r good but I feel bad even giving a tip when the girls have such bad communication skills, seem to be always having a bad day and come off so cold."

"Love Sunrise! They don't have places like this where I live. Make sure I go everytime I'm here. Love their sausage, egg and cheese croissant. My husband likes their bagels. Some of the other don't use real bagels. Sunrise does."
