"I'm thinking this coffee shop doesn't have a well established training for new employees. Between the two Cozy cup shops I cant get a consistent hot or cold drink. Also, when trying to communicate with "management"(the owner), responding is as prompt as they get to you at the window...*crickets*. In response to the owners reply, the first message I was told it would be made "right"...it never was. *I'm guessing the communication wasnt relayed to other employees and no note was put on the account or said communication. I still continued coming despite continuesly throwing 5 dollar bill after five dollar bill away on drinks that weren't consistent or timely. The second experience reaching out the the shop the response I received was "Thanks". That was it. There was about 1 to 2 yrs when there were consistent employees (before the second shop was built), that seemed to be the only time my drinks were quick and consistent. For the success of this shop I hope this critique doesn't anger, but empowers everyone to do better. I'm more then willing to have open dialog with the owner about my experiences, verbally. Not over over the internet or text."

"Very confused because I LOVE this place and come every night before my night shift and tonight is the first night I showed up at my regular time (6:45) and she told me she wasn’t doing coffee stuff because she already cleaned the machine because “we close in like 5 minutes”. Why would you clean the machine 15 minutes before you close when you’re open till 7?? Very sad heading to work coffee free."
