"We order occasionally for lunch, and it is always great food. Today I ordered for pickup, and when we returned to work to eat, it was the wrong burger. I called Duke's and they went way above and beyond by not only making a brand new burger, but delivering it at no cost, no complaints, and super happy to do so. Lunch times are busy and mistakes happen, which is 100% understandable. That customer service, going above and beyond and doing whatever it takes to right a wrong is what truly made my day! Love this place even more now and can't recommend enough."

"Took my son here for his 9th birthday. Hes been requesting it for months and wanted it to be his birthday treat. They did not disappoint! We are big fans of their fries. The burger and BLTT were fantastic and he was a big fan of his root beer float. The dr pepper was on point as well. Friendly staff and clean environment. We will be back again!
