"My “coffee” was milk with flavorings and what seemed like just a splash of coffee. Very weak and very sweet, was not a fan. I got a biscuit and gravy and a croissant. The croissant was pretty good but the biscuit and gravy was horrible. Super salty and no kidding it was slices of bread not a biscuit. Honestly couldn’t be more disappointed in my stop here, but it was a lesson learned!"

"The barista working there could care less about me being there. I asked if they had kaladi syrup. Here response was I don't know what that is with a smirk on her face. They use kalatte brothers coffee. How would you not know that. She gave no effort to figure out what I was talking about. So I did google and showed her what's in kaladdi syrup. She shrugged her shoulders. Will not be returning there. There is so much competition in coffee. Really disappointing"

"The lady took my order, then took 2 more. Made the 2 orders after mine, then told me they were very busy. How can you serve the last person who oder first then the one who first ordered? Makes no sense. Then messed up my order which was just a simple vanilla beve. Very bad customer service! Almost 30min just to get my coffee. Very disappointed on the service i have received! Will no longer be coming back!"
