"This was our first time here and unfortunately the lady In shorts and a tank that could have been a baby doll lingerie top provided the dullest customer service ever. No smile, no enthusiasm and very clear she did not want to work, serve, or be there. We got 4 cones, a shake and a cup of ice cream. I originally wanted a banana split and her response was that they didn't have any banana boats....... What's a banana boat?! I assume the tray or dish it comes in. Golly. When she realized we had no idea what she was talking about then she said "I can't make it". To top it off My pistachio left a bad after taste and that poor customer service did too. We don't plan on coming back. HOWEVER, The ice cream did look cool so i will give them that and my kids thought their ice cream tasted good."

"My kids and I usually love Little Millers, but our last visit left us very uncomfortable. The blond girl who helped us seemed upset or irritated with me from the start. I’m not sure why, as I was polite and friendly. When she brought our order, she snatched the card reader out of my hand and quickly shut the window before I could even reply to her. Both my daughter and I were shocked by how rude the interaction was. We’ve always enjoyed this shop, but after this experience I don’t think we’ll be returning to this location."

"Don’t get a pretzel. Get anything else. Everything else was delicious. The pretzel was meh. No taste. No salt. Whoever heard of a pretzel without salt. The menu listed it as cheese, jalapeño pretzel. No jalapeño and the cheese dip was bland."

"Have been here before and it was delightful with my friends. This time i took my wife and it was terrible the girl at the window was dismissive. when we were asking about the menu and what to get since my wife has never been there before and has some food allergies so just trying to be safe by asking but instead we get a "I'll leave you alone for a few minutes to make a decision." what decision we still didn't know what to get for my wife. in the end my wife started to cry from feeling ignored. she went from really wanting to try this placed i talked up for awhile to never wanting to go back. The ice cream is good but the service is terrible."
