"Service at this location is awful. I usually love Perk Up, but this location has been a huge disappointment. The last three times I’ve ordered, my Redbull drink has been completely wrong - totally different flavors than what I asked for. I was so excited when I realized it was right next to my kids childcare. I tried mentioning the issue once, and the barista responded with, “What you ordered is what I put in there…” in a really rude tone and shut the window. After that, I didn’t even bother saying anything the next time it happened. I drive by this shop five days a week, but unfortunately, someone else will be getting my business now. Such a bummer."

But today, they had a new girl, she took my order, said it was 7 dollars, I gave her a 10 dollar bill. She comes back to the window and says the coffee is free because of my rewards points. I said okay, so can I have my 10 dollars back? She gives me 3 dollars back and shut the window . Some rewards program.! 😂"
