"I ordered 20 iced matcha, and 16 hot chia. I confirmed the second time after they asked if it’s hot and I said yes it’s hot, but I still got iced chia? Instead of 20 iced matcha , I got 16 iced matcha, and instead 16 hot chia, I got 16 iced chia. . I don’t like the wasting my money to get completely opposite of what I asked for. I worked as a barista for 5 years and I hate complaining and I know it’s not a good feeling but I can’t keep getting my orders messed up."

"I've been getting food and drinks from this location for nearly 10 years. This place started slacking about a year ago and unfortunately the decline has been steady. I've found 3 hairs in my drinks in the span of 3 months. The exact same kind as well. Can't imagine how many I didn't catch and have probably ingested. It's not like these drinks are cheap either and then you feel like you have to tip. I did reach out to the owner as I like to give all persons the benefit of the doubt. She apologized and said she'd compensate me, that was over 6 weeks ago amd nothing since. Busy owner life I get it, so I become patient and give it another try. What a let down. The girls used to be so pleasant and upbeat and now it just feel likes you're annoying them and they'd rather gossip in the shop than pay attention to your order. At times I've had to repeat my order back more than once directly after they asked and then sometimes it's still wrong. Things like no whip cream. Nothing complicated. You'd think after being asked 3 times that wouldn't get missed. The drinks and food are nothing like what the used to be and often the drinks are covered with itself or dripping from the lid, so i have to wipe them all off before I put them in my car so I dont have to continue cleaning out my cup holders or console. Prices continue to rise and quality continue to plummet. Yay for 2025! (Sarcasm). Such a shame. I used to be such a Perfect Start addict, but I think this is the final straw for me. Not sure how to upload an image to this but I have one of the hair in my drink(maybe it will let me qdd it after). Reading prior reviews it seems I'm not the only one."

Such a great crew, they normally always get my order right obviously accidents happen but when they do they always fix it at no cost to me.
