Whoever named it was not exaggerating... it’s the kind of dessert that will have you questioning your life choices in the best possible way. I was dangerously close to also ordering the handmade raspberry pie (can you say homemade Pop-Tart), because let’s be honest, desserts here whisper your name like sirens on a rocky shore. Seating? They’ve got you covered. Out front, you’ll find a charming little area that feels like you’ve been transported to a sidewalk café in Paris. Okay, perhaps not with a very small tree between you and the circle k right across the parking lot drive ... But still , perfect for people-watching while pretending you’re in a beret. Inside, there’s more straightforward seating in the back if you’re in “get-work-done” mode. Tables, chairs, outlets… the works. The vibe is eclectic but consistent: students, locals, and wanderers alike, all being treated like VIPs. The baristas are pros and drinks are made to order with precision and actual care, not that rushed “here’s your bean water, next!” treatment you sometimes get elsewhere. Highly recommend. Whether you’re here to sip, snack, study, or just soak up the vibe, One Bike Coffee will leave you buzzing with joy... and not just from the espresso. Fair warning: once you try the crack cake, Starbucks will taste like regret."

"If you want the best coffee in Auburn I'm go here!!! My mother loved their pecan coffee, my sister loves their French vanilla latte and my nephew and I love all their coffee! Their food is excellent and the service is remarkable, friendly and courteous! They treat you like family. And they remember what you like! I just pull up and they say....your regular? WOW! How awesome is that! If you go here you will not regret it!!!!!"

"Has the best chai blend I've found in a long while! Coffee is great, muffins are delicious, staff is always pleasant. Wait times can get a bit long some mornings, but understandable at certain times of day, since everything is made fresh and thier quality is consistent, so its worth the wait."

"Small and chill cafe shop, very nice and friendly baristas! They recommend me to try Cappuccino Muffin which is really good if heated so the chocolate inside melts a bit. I’m not impressive with the coffee but the combination is highly recommended to try it :) it balances out the sweetness of the cake and a bit blandness from the coffee. Besides of that, a good coffee shop to come!"
