"When they first opened, the experience was great... the drinks were great, and the workers were amazing... now they make you feel like you are bothering them by coming to get a drink, they rush you, or they barely even moce to come take your order. Also. A drink I get everytime I go has changed. It use to be a dark pink. But now its a different color. When questioning the workers, they have an attitude and the other workers are talking mess in the background like you cant hear them. I even showed them a picture of how the drink use to look versus now and they state its a different drink im ordering, even though my account shows the same drink everytime. I think im going to start going to the fultondale location to see if my experience there is different like it use to be."
