"This used to be our family's favorite coffee spot, but in the last 6 months there has been a distinct downturn in service and quality. I ordered a regular So Good Latte but when I got to the window he gave me a sugar free version. When I pointed it out the barista said "you should just try it." I was taken aback and put on the spot, so we drove away and threw it out and went to a different coffee shop. This was our third time having a questionable experience. We have since changed our weekly coffee run to a different place."
