"I decided to try their new "southern trio". All was good until i was about to get another wing and saw it. Yeah, I lost my appetite. The sauced feather was enough for me. I guess it was a quatro, feather was on the house 🤢 🤮! Edit: Right before I posted this, I sent feedback to the store online and they called me within 15 minutes to fix the issue. Same way I was schocked to see the wing is the same way I was shocked at their prompt response. Great, customer service! That wing might have been 🤢 but custumer service was 😏."

"Went here for lunch and had a great experience. Mary was my server and she did a wonderful job with communication, recommendations, and hospitality. You sit at restaurants for that kind of experience. Food was pretty solid, ordered the wings, brisket balls and fries. Wings 5/5 Fries 5/5 Brisket balls 3.5/5 - just wasn't for me. I'm sure some people would like it. The brisket flavor was too strong for me I wanted to taste the Mac n cheese"

"Jim ‘N Nick’s Loaded Bar-B-Q Baker is absolutely incredible! I ordered the baker with smoked turkey, and it was perfection from start to finish. The baked potato was huge, soft, and fluffy on the inside with a perfectly crisp skin. It came loaded with generous portions of smoked turkey, crispy bacon, melted cheddar cheese, fresh scallions, creamy butter, sour cream, and a drizzle of their signature barbecue sauce every bite was bursting with flavor. The smoked turkey was tender and juicy, with that perfect smoky taste that Jim ‘N Nick’s is known for. It’s comfort food done right and definitely fills you up. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the restaurant had a warm, inviting atmosphere. If you’re craving a hearty meal that hits all the right notes, this dish is a must-try. Five stars without a doubt I’ll be back for another one soon!"

"Came in about an hour from close on a Tuesday night. Was impressed by the attentiveness of the staff and quality of the food. Chicken was great - good smoke flavor and was juicy. Spare ribs were a standout - not too sweet, excellent texture, good all around flavor. Taps list was good, although it would be nice to list the local ones up on the board. Server was good at explaining those, though!"

"We are visiting from Belgium and I wanted my family to try some of the amazing food I grew up with. Not only were we 100% satisfied from the food, the service from Trevor surpassed anything we’ve experienced these last two weeks of vacation. The catfish was perfectly fried, the half chicken was one of the best restaurant chickens I’ve ever tasted and all the trimmings were perfect. We leave in a few days but are trying to find a way to sneak back up for another tasty treat! Thank you for making the experience so memorable."
