"Absolutely love living here at Lakeview Green! Wade and Liz are extremely easy to work with, respond quickly to any requests we may have and provide professional management. The grounds are clean with several amenities including a community garden, well kept green space, rooftop to die for that includes TVs and life size games such as chess and connect four. As empty nesters now we love the convenience of the nearby restaurants, bars and work out facilities."

"Just wanted to stop by and leave a review of Lakeview Green ,as we are about to leave, after being one of the first residents in 2021. We are leaving because we found a house , not because of other reasons. We have been here since the beginning and Wade ( property manager) has been right there with us. He actually lived next door. Even at the very beginnings when things typically go wrong they did not. We have had a wonderful experience here, and have loved our apartment and the area. The Green Space is perfect to sit out by , or if you have a dog. The river is nice as well. The walkability to Lakeview, Pepper Place, Bettola, Blueprint, Red Cat , Lumbar, Hot and Hot, Ovenbird, Automatic, and Mayawell to name a few is right outside your door. Liz ( leasing agent) is always there to answer questions , and help in any way. She is a great addition to the already great team. We have loved our view , straight shot over the mountain and Vulcan. You never have to leave your balcony on the 4th of July. We will miss Lakeview Green, and all the friends we have made. Do not miss your opportunity to rent and live in a great space."
