They are always quick to answer any questions I had about the drinks, so kind and patient when I was new to the loaded tea world, and still welcome me each time I walk in with a smile. I have tried out various loaded teas in the past few months and each I have had is absolutely phenomenal. Very flavorful, not to mention the colors are a cute aesthetic. All the ingredients are mixed well, and combinations are well thought out. The shop itself is very clean and inviting. 100% recommend giving this place a try. Best loaded teas around!"
