"Came to Birmingham for a show and found this gem in the Five Points area. Parking can be tricky but I thought this place was definitely worth it! The men behind the counter were very nice and patient and their falafel was the best I’ve tasted anywhere in the southeast. Their chicken shawarma was delicious as well, especially with the garlic sauce. We’ll definitely be back to try more things!"

"Definitely one of the best shawarmas I’ve had. It’s a good size, packed with plenty of chicken and a generous amount of garlic sauce. I think they serve mayonnaise on the side (or maybe it’s more garlic sauce?), but either way, it’s absolutely delicious. The price is pretty reasonable too. The only downside was the service — it was really slow, even though the restaurant wasn’t busy. I ended up waiting nearly 45 minutes for three shawarmas. Not sure if that’s the usual wait time."

"Fully authentic experience, not a cheesy copy n paste setup. The food was wonderful and true to its roots, the service was responsive and genuine, a kid took my order, couldn’t have been any older than 13, the room was appropriately decorated with middle eastern fashion in a tasteful way that wasn’t over done. And they appealed to a western audience with their menu while not deviating from their source. Mr Schwarma is the stuff."
