"New trendy coffee and bar spot in Birmingham. The atmosphere is on point—stylish, lively, and welcoming—and the coffee absolutely delivers. The Pandan Cold Foam Iced Coffee is a standout, made with bold Vietnamese coffee that’s rich, strong, and perfectly balanced. I also tried the Matcha with Ube Cold Foam with oat milk, which was just as delicious and beautifully layered. Love that they also host drag shows—definitely looking forward to catching one soon. Can’t wait to come back to try more drinks (and pastries next time!)."

"The place is aesthetically pleasing and welcoming. The staff were friendly and the place felt inclusive of diversity, always an additional reason for me to return to support a local business. I love Vietnamese coffee and I quite enjoyed the coffee with ubo foam, which I haven’t tried before. The only minus for me was that the pastry (Nutella croissant) was quite underwhelming. It took a long time to heat up, which made me wonder if it was freshly baked. It felt dry and not flaky like one would expect from a croissant so I wouldn’t purchase any of the snacks again, not at the price point of $6. But I’m just sharing this for the sake of friendly feedback, as I realize this place is newly open and is still establishing itself, so it’s not affecting my overall rating. It was a solid 4.5 star experience. I look forward to returning."

"Pink Lantern is such a vibe. I tried the ube cold foam coffee and the matcha latte, and both were really good and flavorful. I loved that you can customize the sweetness to your liking. The atmosphere is what really makes this place stand out, from the disco balls to the pink decor and old school touches. It’s a great spot to grab coffee, enjoy a pastry, catch up on work, or just get out of the house for a bit. Definitely a fun and cozy addition to the coffee scene."
