They know how to use that big beautiful LaMarzocco for sure. Add to that the ambiance of the sitting area was welcoming and warm with decor that gave a nod to the history of the most important beverage goat ever helped many to uncover. "We were staying in a hotel nearby with rather limited and I ricy breakfast options. What a treat it was to find the Red Cat. Delicious food and coffee for every taste. Unfortunately, they were out of grits the day we visited, so we didn't get to try their breakfast bowls, but the pastries were amazing. The croissant for the sandwich was one of the best I had ever had. Cold brew and lates, perfect."
