The Customer Service rates 150 points,50 points above the 100 points scale 🏆🏆🏆‼️ The half sweet and half unsweetened tea was the best I've ever tasted! And my friend had a coke and orange mixed soda that she was very pleased with! And they were both free refills!! "It’s a fine local diner, the burgers are okay, definitely have had much better elsewhere. French fries are pretty bland and obviously just frozen. It has an obvious local following and is cheap to eat at, but it is very unclean, the bathroom was disgusting and obviously not cleaned often. Fruit flies all over and the floors were obviously dirty, made me feel a little sketched out. Super friendly service, they were busy, food came quickly."

"I want to give a big thank you to Annie's wonderful employees. My husband and I arrived at your restaurant 20 minutes before closing and your cashier and waitress were so inviting. I felt bad and was going to order our meals to go, however both of the young ladies implored us to sit down and order. Thank you😊 We'd been traveling for hours and really needed a home-cooked meal. We both had the most delicious burgers we've ever tasted. Mine was the jumbo Swiss Mushroom and my hubby had the Original. Nice sear, medium cook, well seasoned and juicy😋 The Fried Green Tomatoes were phenomenal 💚. So good, I didn't wait for them to cool off before devouring the little golden morsels. I didn't think my meal could get any better until I put the first sweetpotato tot in my mouth. Each tot was so pillowy soft and sweet with a light dusting of cinnamon sugar. Those tots were better than dessert. And still delicious when I reheated my few leftovers for breakfast. Such a wonderful restaurant, food and staff. We really appreciate your kindness♥️"

"I ordered the Chipotle chicken sandwich with bacon and cheese (added). She got the fried porkchops. Both were amazing! So much flavor. I'm not someone that gets overly excited over bread, but the buns on my chicken sandwich were really soft and fresh. We ordered corn nuggets as an appetizer and they were so good! The sweet tea is very sweet. We had more than one waitress check on us which is a huge bonus. The kitchen was full of individuals working hard to keep up with the demand. Great job everyone, we will be back"
