"Excited to go back to Dakota coffee because it has been good in past. Was in town for Thanksgiving and decided to grab a coffee. Walked in and the barista walked to the counter. Did not greet us. Excitedly I said good morning was met with pursed lips and a grimace. Said good morning again, met with silence. My last good morning registered with her that she was less than pleasant. I love customer service and in today's society being pleasant to customers can ensure they are repeat customers. Dakota coffee's employee failed miserably. Just do better."
