from Google"New to town! Loved this Middle Eastern–style coffee spot.Their dark roast is rich and bold, perfectly balanced with the subtle syrups they use—nothing overpowering, just smooth and well-crafted flavors. Everything tastes fresh and organic, and you can really tell there’s care in how the coffee is made. A great place for anyone who appreciates thoughtfully roasted, flavorful coffee. ☕️"
"New favorite coffee shop in Florence! Absolutely loved this place. The Mufawar was outstanding — bold, aromatic, and perfectly balanced. You can really taste the care and tradition in how it’s prepared. Easily one of the best cups of coffee I’ve had if you’re into strong, flavorful coffee with depth. I also tried the pistachio iced latte, which was smooth, creamy, and not overly sweet — the pistachio flavor really came through without overpowering the coffee. To top it off, the Spanish and feta pastry was excellent — flaky, savory, and a perfect pairing with the drinks. Great atmosphere, unique menu, and high-quality ingredients. If you’re looking for something beyond the usual coffee shop offerings, this place is a must-visit. The staff is super helpful if you have any questions about any of the drinks or pastries. I’ll definitely be back and this will be my go-to coffee shop - the seating is super comfortable too which is a plus for studying or remote working."
"Stepping into Jaizon Coffee House is like transporting yourself to a sophisticatedly appointed café in Dubai, in both sight and sound. Jaizon is spacious, bright and clean. The space is outfitted with comfortable, yet practical furnishings - simple yet thoughtful decor and design, with a blend of Middle Eastern melodies with modern jazz as a musical backdrop for an overall pleasurable experience. Coffee - The Turkish Coffee is served on an impressive gold-tone platter (which sets the tone for a memorable experience), with two small cups and a matching carafe. The coffee was smoking hot, strong and rich with a balanced, round flavor and mellow cardamom finish. Cardamom has a floral quality to it, similar to lavender and often compared to cinnamon, without the bite. Sambusas - A savory pastry typically fried with a flaky crust, this one was more of a bread-like crust similar to a fried tortilla, filled with ground beef, bell peppers, and wrapped into a neat little triangle. Two of them per order served as a satisfying, savory snack - not spicy at all, but well seasoned. Pistachio Milk Cake - If you are familiar with tres leches cake, this is reminiscent, but topped with crushed pistachios and dried roses! I was giddy. So creamy, light and cool, it was the ideal finish to my afternoon coffee pairing. In fact, I stopped off at the counter before heading out to grab another portion to take home. Though they show a few tells of being a newly opened establishment, everything from the point-of-sale to the to-go packaging was well orchestrated, and best of all, they seemed pleased that I was there. I'll be curious to see how the late opening hours (10 am) work for them, as many of us will have had our fill of caffeine by then. While, yes you can certainly grab and go with a lovely cup of coffee from their convenient parking lot, this is the type of place I would want to linger with friends and visiting family, while aiming to impress them with the knowledge of this special place. Jaizon Coffee House is a welcome display of the growing diversity in the area, as a new generation of locals shine light on the communities from which they hale, offering new flavors, new perspectives and new experiences. Don't let unfamiliarity keep you from enjoying this new gem in Downtown Florence."
"There is nothing like this place in Florence. It truly stands out — fresh, bold, and not something your eyes get tired of like typical coffee shops. The tea menu is amazing, with options you simply won’t find anywhere else in the area. The coffee is outstanding — they roast it themselves and source beans directly from Yemen, which already tells you everything you need to know about the quality. When they’re roasting, the smell fills the entire street and downtown Florence — it’s incredible and impossible to ignore. The team is extremely welcoming, and the presentation of Arabic sweets is unique and thoughtfully done. Everything feels authentic, creative, and full of character. A must-visit spot in Florence."
"I have been to Jaizon coffee numerous times since it has opened. Every time the employees have been super welcoming and kind and they always keep the place spotless. My first time there was their grand opening and they had an abundance of delicious food to try. It was all so yummy. They were so kind despite me being there for hours lost in a book I was reading and enjoying the peace and quiet. They even sent me home with a bag of more goodies and said I could take whatever else I wanted home with me. I came back that evening with my family as well so they didn't miss out and we all tried their goodies and ordered drinks for everyone. The only things I haven't liked that I've tried so far are the more traditional drinks and their chai. Not for me I guess but everything else has been delicious. I don't typically order hot coffee drinks at coffee shops because they are so small and just don't taste good in my opinion in comparison to the iced varieties This is the first place I have actually enjoyed both their hot and cold coffees. I have tried their pistachio, Jaizon, and salted caramel lattes hot. Very yummy and beautifully presented in a huge mug with latte art on top. Quite the experience. I have had their pistachio frappe which you could tell they used good quality pistachio butter in it and not an artificial pistachio syrup which has been in all the pistachio drinks I've tried elsewhere. Same with the pistachio latte and pistachio cheesecake. Very rich. I split a slice of pistachio cheesecake with my husband and 1/2 a slice was more than enough. I have tried the iced Jaizon latte which is very good but I had a hard time getting the honey to mix in the drink and not stick on the edges of the glass because it was cold, but still quite tasty. My daughters and two sons loved the mango dragon fruit refreshers and strawberry lemonade. My other son loved the mocha frappe. I tried it and it was delish. I have tried their chicken and beef sambousas a few times. They were made a few different ways but all yummy and a great snack. The last time I got them they looked like an eggroll and were unfortunately fridge temperature cold in the middle but the plate was piping hot. The other times they were warm/room temp. I love how every time I go the pastries are different or different variations of ones they've had before. I want to try everything it all looks so good. Last time I went they had a dubai chocolate cake and I couldn't pass it up. The cake slice was massive and my husband and I split it and it was the best cake I've probably ever had. So insanely good. The atmosphere is great for me working on my laptop without distractions. The music isn't loud and there is plenty of seating so you don't feel like you are in their way at all. The customers have never been loud either and a lot of other people go there to work as well It's my new go-to spot to enjoy some peace and quiet as a busy work from home Mom to work on my laptop and read a book. It's also the perfect place for my husband and I to get out for a little date night and it's the perfect place for a nice treat for the kids. They love how fancy it is. It's a little more on the pricey side but you get what you pay for. Great job Jaizon Coffee!"
