"Located inside books a million this coffee shop has plenty of seating plus ports to charge phones and USB ports. One person working the register as well as making coffee. 20 minutes to get 2 drinks. The white chocolate caramel latte as well as the pecan pie latte were pretty good."

"While the coffee we got is good, the employees at the coffee shop, specifically, the cashier, EMILY, is the reason for the one star. My daughter and I were Happy, smiling and in a good mood and began placing our order. It would be considered a larger order I suppose. 5 coffees. 3 frozen, one black and two latte's. We were patient, did not mind repeating the order multiple times. however she rolled her eyes numerous times, huffed and puffed and slammed things down. I asked her if I has offended her, to which she looked surprised I confronted her. But denied it. Yet continued to huff, puff and roll her eyes! I must admit, I'm thankful I won't be going back there!"

"We went in tonight to get coffee at 8:42 pm. There were 2 ladies working behind the counter. We asked for some coffee. They said they had already poured it out but could give us a cold drink. Joe Muggs Coffee is for coffee but you don't have any 18 minutes before you close???"

"Went in yesterday (6/9/2022) and got the worst service, the girl had a attitude and rolled her eyes while taking my nephews order. Didn't even ask me if I wanted anything. It was clear she hates her job. This was the 2nd and last time I will ever go in there. Need better workers"
