"Anchor is super cute! We went opening week and loved the vibe. It’s a great spot to study or work. The coffee is a good amount of sweet. My family and I get concerned when it comes to how sweet a latte will be and usually have to order 1/2 sweet but did not have to there. The only downside was the donut for me. It was good just not what I was expecting, pretty cakey and dry. (Some people prefer this). Overall great experience and nice to have another shop that may help with wait lines at other places!"

"I visit Gulf Shores a few times a year, and I’ve been to most of the coffee houses. I’ve had a favorite for awhile, but I had to try Anchored when I saw it. From the moment I stepped into the door, there was an inviting feeling. The atmosphere is so calm and peaceful. It’s a faith based business, and the Christian music playing adds to the peacefulness of the shop. Before ever trying food and drink, I already felt drawn to the place. On food and drink, you should definitely try the beignets! We had other foods as well, and everything was great that we tried. The coffee and chai were delicious, and I’m particular about both. There is cute merchandise if you’re also looking for a souvenir. Most of all, the people make make or break an experience, and they were so kind. Aspen and Jiliescia welcomed me, and they remembered my order each day, including the number of shots and to steam it extra hot without me asking. They were sweet girls. The owner, Tracy, is so kind. All of them were sweet with my children who love to meet and talk to people. Whenever we are in Gulf Shores, we will go to Anchored. It is a place for refreshing your body and your spirit.
