Scooters used to have the perfect balance of coffee flavor without being too sweet but now it’s to the extreme sweetness level of Starbucks and Dutch Bros with very little to no coffee flavor even when I add an extra shot. I want to continue to support Scooters so please go back to how you used to make it. It’s hard to justify an $8-9 drink that tastes like a sugary milkshake."
"I paid $20 for two coffees, and both had very little whipped topping. All I did was “elf” it just wanted to add the maple. When I got to the window, they asked if I still wanted whipped topping. I never said no whipped topping I just add the maple! They took it back, and when it came out again, it was honestly sad to see how little topping was on it. I really do try to support small, mom-and-pop businesses, but this makes five visits in a row where the quality just hasn’t matched the price. I’d love to keep supporting local, but I also want to feel like I’m getting my money’s worth. Hoping things turn around soon!"
"I can't say enough good things about Scooters and the Baristas. I go every day and they know my order and soon as I say my name. Bailey is absolutely the sweetest ever. 💗 As well as Jackson super friendly and personable. EXCELLENT customer service everyday... Actually I have only had great experiences with all the staff. My FAVORITE coffee ever and The cinnamon rolls are THE BEST!!!"
