"My wife and I (from Nashville, Tn) were in Huntsville for a child free weekend to see a concert at Orion. We had reservations for 5 and showed up a few minutes ahead. Our waitress was Samantha. What a gem of a waitress. I ordered an old fashioned to start my evening. It was easily the best I have ever had and it’s my go to every where we go. After a sweet conversation with Samantha we ordered pork belly appetizer and pork chop and scallops for our main. This place is legit. My wife and I both agreed that it was the best meal we have ever had. All was phenomenal. We devoured all but a half dozen pork belly pieces but Samantha packed it up for us and we ate it half way through the concert! We will definitely be back. We can’t wait to bring our son. A huge praise to Samantha for being so sweet and helpful, and to the bartender for perfection in his craft. We WILL be back!"

"I’ll admit that I was hesitant when I realized this was inside the hotel, but this place was phenomenal! It was super empty, as it was the 2nd of January and the middle of the day, but our server/bartender, Charlie, was so kind and attentive and helped make it a fun experience. It was my grandfather’s birthday and the let him choose a complimentary drink or dessert. Everything we ordered was delicious, we usually leave with leftovers, but we cleaned every plate. If they have it on the menu when you come, do not skip the Brussels! We will be back when we visit in the spring; I’m excited to try whatever menu they have at that time! I hope they keep their fries year round because they were the best fries I’ve ever had!"

"Ok, so we visited about 3 months ago (on October 19th) and I have not been able to stop thinking about your vanilla fig mimosas!!! Holy moly, they are amazing!!! I have tried to recreate the magic at home, to no avail. Food was ok, I ordered a salad. I was there with a group of 10 and We all found the food to be ok. The parfait was a highlight! Service was ok. Our server (who was actually the bartender) was sweet but the restaurant was WAY understaffed. While it was almost empty, it was a complete cluster trying to get a table, I literally thought we might get turned away. They CLEARLY were not prepared to serve customers. But, again, our server was very nice, he was just stretched super thin and not able to come by but a couple times the entire meal. The food was all delivered to us by the kitchen staff who did not speak any English so it was challenging to communicate that they did not get most of our orders right. BUT, while the place was apparently riding the struggle bus, the mimosas were the saving grace!!!!"
