"Used to love Hatch and their yummy breakfast sandwiches. Will stop eating there now because the last three times I’ve ordered the food has been a very different quality, so I guess this is their new MO. I paid for extra chili aioli and extra cheese this time because the last two times it came with a minuscule amount and the bagel was extremely dry and didn’t taste fresh. The turkey sausage has become so small is only covers a fourth of the regular sized bagel, and it comes cold every time, as if heated from frozen but not fully. The side of bacon I got was inedible because it was hard as rock (I love crispy bacon, so not that), and the hashbrown was soggy and undercooked. Nothing redeemable about the changes they’ve made here. Unfortunate."

"This might’ve been a one-off event and I was just unlucky this visit, but the coffee beans were burnt and therefore extremely bitter and unpleasant in flavor. Given the positive feedback from others in the past, I’d consider trying the coffee again when I visit in the future. The employees are all very nice though!"

Where else can you find the best coffee, a great library, a makerspace, and a Friends used book store on site -- you'll never want to leave! ♡"
