"Please note: this is a food truck! I used the address listed on Google when adding the page to Yelp, but be aware they are likely not serving there permanently, if at all. Probably just a commissary location or something. You can find their weekly schedule on the Instagram social media page. I managed to catch this little trailer when they were at Crestwood Hospital off Whitesburg a few weeks ago. They often have more events in the Madison or Research Park area, so this was a rare treat. I like to stay current on coffee in the area so I knew I'd have to stop by since they were relatively convenient! The trailer is small, black, and kind of nondescript, in a very cute sort of way. The Sparrow title comes from a Bible verse I think, and the little bird branding is suuuuuper adorable. Love it! The trailer is small so there's only room for one or two staff members at a time. I'm pretty sure I interfaced with the owner on my visit and she was a sweetheart and made a good recommendation. The menu has classic coffee favorites, plus monthly/seasonal specials that the owner creates herself. I knew I wanted a specialty latte so I asked her which of them was the sweetest. She steered me toward the "frosted hazelnut," which is a latte with white chocolate and hazelnut. It was delicious! Smooth coffee, balanced sweetness, and discernible nuttiness from the hazelnut. I drank it all and thoroughly enjoyed it. Definitely look them up and give them a try when they're in your area!"
