"My daughter wants an ice cream cake every her birthday comes. We usually grab one from Dairy Queen. Never again. Brusters ice cream cakes are the best!!!! Everything, every single detail, down to the gooey stuff between the ice cream and and the crunchy part, which you get to pick what that is too! Same price as Dairy Queen but much much better quality. The only thing is since it is super custom and everything is picked by the customer, you have to place the order 48 hrs in advance…so that part sucks. But it’s worth it in my opinion for sure. It’s the first birthday cake ever in history at my house —-that the whole thing actually got eaten and not left in freezer for a month —-before finally thrown away."

"I'm not sure if the employees need more training or if they just don't care. We ordered two pints. The young lady taking the drive thru orders would scoop parts of our orders, stop and take more orders, then scoop some more, then stop and take more orders. We already had a feeling our ice cream would be soft because of how long it was taking (literally over 10 minutes). We also watched as she wiped her hands on her pants periodically rather than wiping them on a towel or paper towel. We were staying only 3 miles away; when we got back, the ice cream was already melting and extremely mushy. There was also melted ice cream running down the sides of the container. If ever in the area again, we'd visit the location on Chantilly rather than this one. Definitely better service."

"No lie… Probably the best ice cream I’ve had anywhere in a long time. This is the Almond coconut chocolate . I could eat is for the rest of my life. So smooth and tasty! I also had the banana pudding ice cream. It was AMAZING!!! definitely coming back here. Just downloaded the app so I’m looking forward to some treats."

"Not like other Bruster's. If they are making the ice cream there, they are skimping on the ingredients. Both ice creams, cherry chocolate Chunk and caramel macchiato, look nothing absolutely nothing like the pictures, barely had any of the items mixed in. I had one cherry and 3 chocolate chunks in my ice cream lol. The caramel macchiato was just a plain coffee ice cream with a few chocolate flakes. Other Bruster's, everything looks like the pictures and the scoops are really big. Waffle cone didn't even taste right. Strawberry freeze was a waste too, it's light pink, doesn't taste like strawberry."

"My favorite flavors are banana pudding and s’mores. The s’mores is a “fall flavor” and it literally tastes like fall in a cup. The banana pudding ice cream taste identical to the traditional desert. Love them both!"
