"The coffee is a bit strong with not enough flavor. The first time I got an iced raspberry mocha coffee, it tastes like it just had non flavored half and half. Cinnamon raisin bagel is standard, but the butter is hard and not easy to spread. Second time I got a turtle frappe like drink. It’s mostly just chocolate syrup everywhere. Doesn’t taste like anything. I got a bacon, egg and cheese on a croissant. Again nothing special and it was kind of soggy. Reminded me of the ones you buy in the frozen breakfast isle at the grocery store."

"I was very excited to come here for the first time, but the way I was talked to by everyone in this store was extremely negative and talking down at me. They clearly did not want to be working, nor were they ever taught customer service. I’m a barista also. They repeated my order back to me and then proceed to give me the wrong drink with no flavor in it at all. I was just so exhausted from being talked to rudely that I just drove off anyway. I don’t even care. Christ."

"It’s a beautiful location and the customer service was fantastic. However, one of the strongest iced coffees I’ve had. Very bitter for a pumpkin spiced latte. Will try again in future to see if it improves."

"The coffee and food items are hit or miss. You could order the same thing 5 days in a row and it would taste different each time. The baristas don’t seem knowledgeable which is disappointing considering Ellianos is the most expensive coffee chain in town."
