"We visited here yesterday on a quick weekend getaway and made sure this was a stop on our route. We’ve had these cupcakes before and they were amazing. Unfortunately, this time was a complete disappointment. We traveled from MS to AL to get these as a treat, had we known they were dry as a desert, they would have been returned expeditiously! We spent over $100 on cupcakes for our family, but sadly could not share them because they were horrible. And where do I start with the customer service, it was literally nonexistent. We were not greeted, the young lady was unprofessional and seemed as if she was irritated when we asked questions about the cupcakes. The entire experience was unpleasant and a disaster. Needless to say, we will not be visiting again!"
