"Good vibes, location, and food. Had the Fried chicken with three sides. Restaurant has shorter hours on Sunday but we were seated fairly quickly. Food came out fast and tasted great. Sides were good as well and overall good portion. Most of the people around us were taking the leftovers to go, so I would say the portions are on the more generous side. Chickens were cooked well, and sides with cornbread were good as well. Staffs were very nice and helpful. Parking available."

"“Insults Served Fresher Than Food” This place is a joke. Our server actually called my family “pissy” — loud enough for the whole restaurant to hear. When we told the manager, she shrugged it off like it didn’t matter. That tells you everything about how this place is run. We asked a simple question about desserts (to decide on drinks), and the server completely lost it. Snapping, muttering, slamming around, acting like we were the problem. She clearly didn’t want to work, and made sure everyone knew it. We left, and at the next restaurant, our new server overheard us and said she’d had the same terrible experience at this Martin’s. That means this isn’t a one-off — it’s a pattern. Rude staff. Spineless management. Zero hospitality. If rudeness was on the menu, Martin’s would be five stars. But since it’s supposed to be food and service? This place doesn’t even deserve to be open. Stay far, far away. TL;DR: Worst service ever. Staff insults customers, management doesn’t care. Don’t waste your money."

"Service and food were excellent. The staff always so friendly and accommodating. It was just too cold in there especially with a lot of older people in there. We ate with our coats on. Everything else was 10/10 and the sweet potato pie is the best I’ve ever had."
