"I had high expectations for Crestline after seeing everyone’s reviews but they were out of a lot of options when I went in around 12pm which is understandable to an extent because it was a Sunday. The bagels are very big and filling. The price is decent compared to other places and I would visit again because they have a lot of options that I would still want to try."

"Hard to find a good bagel place outside of the NJ/NY area. This spot outside Birmingham actually does it right. Though not like a Jersey bagel shop, this is pretty legit. They have a good selection of bagels, all made fresh. The staff are friendly and extremely efficient, so you're not waiting all day for your order (travel a lot further south in Alabama and you'll find that there is no such thing "expedient"). Their menu also has a decent selection to choose from, so there is something for everyone. If you're in this suburb of the city, I highly recommend stopping by. It can be a bit pricey, but what isn't these days, and instead of some reheated junk meal you're getting fresh food. I'll be back anytime I'm in town."

"Came in on Friday morning around 6:15am and it was just one young lady working by herself with no one else in there . She had a bright smile on her face and still managed to get through the people in there without a bad attitude knowing she had to do it all alone .
