"I got the Chicken Caesar wrap one day for lunch and it was really really good!! Very fresh tasting and plenty of dressing for the wrap!! I would have gotten again if I had stayed longer!! They also had some very tasting looking pastries I wish I would have gotten to try!"

"This is not a stand alone coffee shop. It's in a hotel. That you can't access from the beach. I am staying on Orange Beach & googled "coffee near me" and saw that this is within walking distance from our place. We walked along the beach & discovered there wasn't any access from the beach. And then when we walked around street side there were walls & gates all around it & anyway super difficult to find. Not worth it. We walked back to our place & drove to Starbucks."

"The lady taking my order was nice but doesn’t know how to take and order. All I asked for was a small iced caramel latte with whipped cream on top. First she gave me a HOT coffee and then she gave me an iced coffee with NO whipped cream. I’m a coffee lover but I don’t like a lot of espresso in mine. Please learn to listen to your paying customers order and get it right. I won’t be ordering here ever again. Oh and wayyyy too overpriced for a small coffee. Mine was like 8 dollars. Oh and I didn’t even get a receipt."

"This is a hotel lobby cafe NOT a legit stand alone coffee shop. They do not have an actual espresso machine. Think of it as a really fancy overpriced gas station. You must park on the free lot, go inside hotel, then go to second floor. WiFi is only for hotel guests. Hotel lobby is beautiful… that’s all it has going for it! I returned my latte, mango smoothie tasted like baby food. Chocolate croissant and ham and cheese croissant was mediocre. Lady at register kept trying to add extra things that we did not order. It was a horrible experience."

"Rude employee, subpar coffee and extremely pricey. When I'm paying $30 for 3 small milks and a mocha I expect to at least be served with a smile. Corporate event going on so there were a bunch of people standing in front of the counter. Couldn't tell if they were waiting to order or waiting for their food so i just stood back and viewed the menu. No direction. The cashier (who I should mention was very nice) waved us forward and I signaled to make sure the other people weren't there before us waiting to order. She rang us up and told us to just wait there, coffee would be up momentarily. While waiting, we were scolded by one of the other employees. Short brown hair with hoop earrings. Yelling at me and my 2- under 12 nieces to get to the back of the line. I explained we were told to wait where we were and she just scoffed at us and told us to move. I've been in customer service for 30 years. Everyone has bad days and gets agitated when it's busy. It's not an excuse to talk down to your patrons. I'm not in middle school, I don't need to be scolded like a child. Just politely direct traffic. Unfortunate that such a beautiful resort has such a nasty person working under their roof. Will not be returning."
