"This place is awesome. Bo, Tait and his co workers are fabulous. The moment we got in. Everybody inside was very friendly and open. We had lovely talks with several people. The place looks great. We were there on Thanksgiving and we we invited to eat with them with a wonderful great choice of food. Awesome. The choice of beers was superb and the prices also. Once again thank you very much for the best Thanksgiving we ever had in our lives . "Druid City Brewing Co. is Tuscaloosa’s trailblazing craft brewery, and it more than lives up to its reputation. Founded in November 2012 by homebrewers Bo Hicks and Elliott Roberts, it was the first official production brewery in town. "Update Nov 07, 2024: Awesome tonight with Druid City Ukes singalong. Such a cool community pub. Always run into friends here. Pretzel and Northporter beer (has a different name now) so good. The place is interesting, clean, and has a happy soulful vibe. Original Review: Wonderful local brewery! Yaay Bo Hicks!! Great beer selection. Cool atmosphere. Food was fresh and so good. Best pretzel ever. Cuban sandwich was excellent. Big selection of hot dogs. Pinball machines! Highly recommend."

"100% all around! One of the 29 best bars in America in 2025 by USA Today. This place is way more than a great bar and kitchen though, it is a hub for community. The owner, Bo Hicks, makes it a point to support musicians, writers, artists, and community causes. They have some of the best tacos in town for Taco Tuesday- so if you like tacos don't sleep on that. He also does Friday lunch specials that you really don't want to miss! Great drinks including great NA options."
