"Incredible bagels and great selection. The bagels have that perfect chew to them and we love the variety of sweet and savory. The breakfast sandwich bagels were spot on, fresh and cooked well. Just ordered 2 dozen variety bagels for Thanksgiving and the order was handled perfectly. It was ready as soon as I arrived and everything was perfect. I was worried how fresh they would be and they are spot on. All the toppings on the bagels are fresh and taste like high quality ingredients. Every time we've stopped in the staff has been so kind and welcoming. They're very attentive and helpful. They were also fantastic about confirming my order for Thanksgiving. By far the best bagels I've had in a long time. My whole family is excited to have them for Thanksgiving morning and they all have their favorites."

"I ordered delivery, but had to call the shop to ask a few questions. The staff were so friendly and warm. She did not act like I was annoying her at all. The bagels are huge and have so much flavor. There are so many bagel and cream cheese options. Certain flavors sell quick so make sure you call or check to make sure they have what you want. Doordash lets you pick 3 different choices in case they are out of certain bagels. They pile on the cream cheese which is my favorite part. I got bagel sandwiches for my mom and I. I had turkey, egg, cheese, and garlic herb cream cheese on an asiago bagel. My mom got sausage, egg, cheese, and the loaded cream cheese (bacon, cheese, and scallions) on an asiago rosemary bagel. I also wanted to try the everything bagel with the loaded cream cheese and it was SO good. Very flavorful cream cheeses and great portions. I could only eat half of my sandwich because it was so big. Been wanting to try this place for a while and they didn’t disappoint."

"Paid $60 for breakfast only to receive microwaved egg and undercooked, microwave bacon. Staff completely missed a bagel on our order and acted confused when we requested the missing item. Bagels do not seem to be made in house. Nothing is fresh. Seems to be the same quality as Jimmy Dean microwaved products. Do not come here if you want fresh ingredients. Also, this is a restaurant that requests a 20% tip just for taking your order. Maybe you should compensate your staff from your overpriced microwave products."

"The food here has always been consistently amazing, while the wait for your food may be a little longer than expected. They use that time for make sure every item you order is up to the same standard of quality no matter what day you order it. The drinks do come out faster than the food most of the time as well."

"It took an hour to place my order and another 30 minutes to actually get my order (one bagel with cream cheese). Seemed to be no organization of process whatsoever as they went upwards of 15min at a time without taking an order. I do want to commend the short brunette employee who handled things wonderfully despite the chaos. The food and coffee were good, but this isn’t the place to go if you’re in a hurry or if they’re busy."
