"i’m new to the area and came across this store as i am an herbalist. I really wanted to like it but the customer service is just awful. it felt like to me the staff didn’t want me there as i wasn’t greeted when i came in nor did anyone speak to me at all. it did feel racially motivated as they spoke to other patrons so i chose to not spend my money there. very unfortunate but i would rather spend my money where i am wanted and welcomed! will not be returning"
