"Be careful about ordering through their website. I ordered directly through their website, received a text saying the driver was on the way and would be there in 8 minutes. An hour later, driver still no showed and then I receive a text saying they have cancelled the order. So, two hours no pizza and this is the best part... I contact the Standard about my refund and they tell me "nothing we can do". You either need to call Toast or Door Dash, but it's their responsibility. I didn't order through either of them, I ordered directly from your website. It's not my responsibility to fight it out with the vendor you hired to try to get my money back. I didn't order anything from the third party, I ordered from The Standard and the charge didn't come from the third party, it came from you. Horrible business practice! At the very least, I hope you learn how to manage your vendors better. Better yet, may want to brush up on some customer service skills. I'm speaking directly to the "manager" named Kat who refused a refund for something they never delivered and then didn't take responsibility in the least. I've seen many "pass the buck" scenario's but this one beats them all.... So to recap, you took money, didn't deliver the product and then said "good luck" getting a refund from a company that you didn't pay to begin with. Thanks again!"

"Called to place an order. They ask for credit card info over the phone to pay upfront which I didn’t love but I understand. This place is located in the strip and therefore very hard to find parking for pickup. The inside looks like your standard pizza joint. They have pizzas on display to buy by the slice. As for the pizza itself, it was good. They only come in 20” which was huge. I didn’t expect such a big pizza. I love the charred bottom. Tasted like quality ingredients. Great basic New York Style Pizza."
